They're bite-sized snack bars made with ashwagandha and thoughtfully chosen ingredients like pistachio, makhana, dinka… designed to fit into your day as a tiny interruption- a small ritual to pause, reset, and recharge.

Are these chocolates, supplements or energy bars?

Neither. They are chocolatey snack bars while containing functional ingredients like Ashwagandha.

Will it make me sleepy?

Ashwagandha doesn't work like a sleeping pill. People experience it differently.
